Welcome to the Laney College Mathematics Department Web Site
The Laney College Math Department provides mathematics instruction for Laney students who are pursuing an Associate degree, who are preparing to transfer to a four-year college, who are enrolled in vocational programs, or who are simply interested in learning more mathematics. The department offers courses ranging from Basic Arithmetic to Differential Equations, including Statistics and other courses that are typically offered during the first two years of college.
The department is located in the Math Lab in Building G - Room 201. The Department Chair is currently Bruce Jacobs. The Math Department technician is Kathy Williamson who can be reached by calling the Math Lab at 510-464-3448.
