Book Finding Adventures at Borders

So I was in the Fremont Borders, hoping to pick up the Tokyopop version of the Pita-ten artbook. Naturally, Borders computers say it is in stock but I can't find it anywhere on the shelves. So I go and ask one of the employees to help find the book. I show him the computer screen with the book in stock and tell him I can't find it on the shelves. So he heads back to the artbook section of the Manga section and starts to go one by one through the books. He looks at every single book, from right to left, and then after reaching the end, looks at every single book from left to right. After that, he looks again from right to left. Suddenly, he pulls out an artbook and asks me, "Is this the book?" He is holding up The Art of Fushigi Yuugi. Obviously he is confused by the cover, since both artbooks have a girl on the cover. But wait! The cover of Pita ten has Misha in simple white dress while the cover of Fushigi Yuugi has that other girl in exotic Imperial Asian fantasy clothing with the long sleaves . Sigh. Of course I tell him that isn't the book. So we head back over to the computers, and he looks it up in the database available to staff... except he's looking for stuff like Pita 10. Sigh. Anyway, once he finally looks up the right name, it turns out there are no copies in the store. Yay Borders!
