Advances in neuroscience and technology have created exciting new treatment options for psychological and behavioral problems. In addition to traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy, I have incorporated these treatments into my practice in order to create a variety of opportunities by which my clients may learn to overcome their problems. All of these strategies result in increased awareness of the connections between thoughts, feelings and behavior, from which we can learn to avoid old habits and develop effective new approaches to problems. |
