Current and recently completed projects include:

  • Lenfest Hall, The Curtis Institute of Music: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Development manager of a new 100,000 square foot education, rehearsal and residence facility for this preeminent music conservatory, located near Rittenhouse Square in Center City. Includes historic facade retention and LEED certification. Currently under construction and slated for occupancy Fall Semester 2011.

  • Swarthmore College: Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. Development Advisory services to the college in the redevelopment of Swarthmore Town Center West, a mixed use project at the south end of Swarthmore College campus adjacent to historic Swarthmore Town Center. Developer selection and negotiation underway.

  • Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Move versus stay analysis and lease re-negotiation for data center and office facility. Development manager of the renovation and expansion of offices and operating data center. Currently under construction.

  • Major Philadelphia-area financial services company: Data center real estate consulting. Growth capacity accommodation, move-vs-stay analysis, identification and evaluation of multiple occupancy options for multiple Tier III/IV data centers. Currently underway.

  • Pembroke North Condominium: Wayne, Pennsylvania. Development of a 54-unit luxury condominium project, the first multifamily project in the Philadelphia area registered for LEED certification. Recipient of multiple smarth growth awards. Completed 2008.

  • Land Rover / Jaguar Mainline: The Lenfest Group, Pennsylvania. Project-specific Owner's Representative services, including feasibility analysis, zoning approval consulting and process management advisory services in support of the creation of a new facility. Development manager; completed 2006.

  • Urban Land Institute: Washington, D.C. Development of the program and presentation materials for continuing education workshops, including Basic Real Estate Development, Construction Fundamentals for Real Estate Development Professionals and Reading Construction Drawings. Continuing contract to conduct workshops in six to eight venues per year, including ULI's semi-annual Real Estate School.

  • Citadel Investment Group: Chicago, Illinois. Analytical and advisory services on resolution of construction-related disputes stemming from tenant improvement projects. Assistance in identifying and procuring a Chicago-based firm to perform Owner's Representative services in connection with a new tenant improvement project. Completed and settled 2005.

  • Upper Darby Township: Pennsylvania. Feasibility and advisory services in connection with Township's proposed Gateway Project, including positioning for public funding and developer interest and management of the developer requests for qualifications and proposals process.
