J        A young woman named Lauren, who lost her battle with leukemia several years ago.  She was 15 or so when I met her… it was my very first day working for Dean Cain.  Lauren and her family had lunch with Dean (and me) thanks to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.  Despite her illness, she was joyful… it was quite remarkable.  And though it was only a few hours, many years ago, that meeting with Lauren is something I will always remember.  I thank her for that memory.
